Return & Refund Policy
Our Return Policy Requirements
We offer a 90-day return policy for our customers. To be eligible for a return and refund, products must be returned in the same condition they were received. Please note, open products, probiotics, and other refrigerated items cannot be returned. Refunds are issued to the original credit card used for the purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us via our 'Email Us' form or at Info@AMLApuresuperc.com Include your order number or provide enough details so we can search by name. Once your return is authorized, we will send you a prepaid USPS label via email. Print this label, package your item in its original box/bag, and drop it in the mailbox. Please allow 5-7 days for the return to be processed and your payment refunded.
Dealing with Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, we'll send a replacement immediately at no extra cost. To report a damaged package, contact us via our 'Email Us' form or email us at Info@AMLApuresuperc.com
Exceptions and Non-Refundable Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable for packages undelivered due to address errors, refused deliveries, or unclaimed deliveries.
